RETURNS AND EXCHANGES-
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a prompt exchange or refund. Please be advised that all merchandise will be accepted for exchange or return, ONLY if returned in its original condition and within 10 days of purchase. Sorry, but we cannot accept items that have been worn, laundered, dry cleaned, altered, marked, or customized.
If a refund is to be issued, a credit for the cost of the returned merchandise will appear on the original credit card used to make the purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Should merchandise need to be exchanged or returned, the procedures are as follows:

2. The Customer Service Representative will provide you with a return authorization number and form that must accompany the merchandise to be returned.
